Our Quality Policy
Quality means the customer comes back
because he was particularly happy with our products and services
in the entire creation process. During the entire product development
process, we consistently involve our customers. The customer defines
the quality criteria, as long as they do not conflict with our corporate
principles and are economical for us.
Quality is made by people, and experienced first by people
because, despite the latest machines and methods, people remain
the decisive factor in any company. Our employees must be satisfied
and feel comfortable so that they think and act in terms of our
corporate and quality objectives every day and achieve the set goals.
Quality does not start with us
because quality and its assurance is a constant process that can
only be successful through the cooperation of all parties involved
– from customer to supplier. It is therefore vital that we
keep up and intensify communications with our partners in industry
and also an intensive, steady exchange of information in order to
achieve our goals.
Quality serves the customer most of all, but not only the
customer
because fewer rejects, less rework, less downtime and shorter throughput
time also benefit us.
Quality is a matter for the boss – and the duty of all employees,
since only if the management has clearly defined, communicated and
constantly exemplified the quality guidelines will we achieve our
goals anew every day. It is the duty of all employees to realise
our quality objectives and requirements.
Quality must be alive and constantly in motion
because we can only continue to advance ourselves, our company and
our services and adapt to the demands of the market if we strive
for constant improvement.
Quality and environment are one and the same
because without environmentally conscious management, quality loses
all value. We know we are a responsible part of society and the
environment. That is why we accept the challenge to contribute towards
upholding our natural livelihoods and the environment.
